The Madden is a cozy and welcoming bed and breakfast located in a convenient location. the value for money is excellent, with clean and comfortable rooms, a good breakfast, and friendly hosts. the breakfast prepared by Stevie was delicious and Margaret's friendly demeanor added a personal touch to the experience. While the room itself was a bit tired and could use some refreshing, the overall experience at the Madden was positive. the location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area, with hiking, cycling, fishing, and even a nearby golf course for outdoor enthusiasts. The amenities in the room were sufficient, including an electric kettle and a flat-screen TV for entertainment. The no pets allowed policy may be a downside for some, but the peaceful garden area offered a nice retreat.
